Miss Vee Charity's
Siloah Basic School Recovery Efforts from the devastating impacts of Hurricane Melissa
Dr Ihator Brown, the Director of Miss Vee Personal Care, has rallied support for Principal Angella Rowe and the Siloah Basic School as they still struggle to recover from the devastating impacts of Hurricane Melissa. The hurricane caused significant damage, leaving the school still in urgent need of repairs and supplies.
Still Immediate Needs:
– Roof and ceiling repairs
– Skilled labour to install the roof/ repairs
– Tables and chairs
– Toys, stationery, and art supplies
– Mats and other educational materials
Miss Vee Personal Care was involved in the Fundraising Event for the 5K Run, Walk, and Brunch in December, 2025, hosted by Morgan’s Fitness GYM under the distinguished patronage of the Jamaican Olympian SHERICKA WILLIAMS in Siloah Square, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. We are still working to secure cash donations, roofing materials, and skilled labour to support the repairs needed to restore the remaining 40% of the school so it can be fully operational. Much more help is needed!
